GCSE Catering
On this course students are given the opportunity to develop a wide
range of practical skills and catering practices. We try to include
visits and outside agencies, and to include students in catering events
where possible. The course has two practical assessments, making up 40%
of the final mark. The other 40% is made up with an exam in year
eleven. The remaining 20% comes from their work experience that they
complete at the end of year ten.
