GCSE students studying Art, Drama, Music & Textiles have had the opportunity to go on a day trip to London this term.
On the first London trip, Drama students visited the National Theatre where they inspected the props department - some of the props were quite gory!
Meanwhile, Music students visited the London Symphony Orchestra at St Luke’s Church for a composing workshop.
Everyone met up in the evening to see the amazing West End show - ‘Everybody’s Talking About Jamie’ and all agreed they had had a great day out!
The following day, GCSE Textiles students went to the V&A to see the Mary Quant and Tim Walker exhibitions, before indulging in a bit of ‘Black Friday’ shopping on Oxford Street. They finished their day with an hour of ice skating outside the Natural History Museum.
