Rob Dowling a local “Mindful Happiness Coach” joined some year 11 students on Tuesday to deliver an “Introduction to Mindfulness Taster Session”. The session included a look into how the brain copes under stressful situations and Rob offered some short meditation techniques that the students could use prior to their examinations and to clear their minds ready for more focused revision sessions.
Due to the success of the taster session Rob will be joining us to deliver some more sessions in the lead up and during the examination period. Any students interested in attending these sessions should see Mrs Knight.
